Attorney Jonathan Einhorn Caught Smuggling K-2 Into Federal Prison

75 year old Jonathan Einhorn has practiced law in the State of Connecticut for over 50 years, representing some of the biggest criminals known to mankind. Jonathan Einhorn was representing a guy named Anthony Whyte AKA “Jak Mac,” of New London, who was sentenced to 195 months of imprisonment for narcotics trafficking, money laundering, and firearm possession offenses. In 2023 Einhorn went to visit his client Jak Mac in the Wyatt Federal prison in Rhode Island. Jak Mac’s son gave Einhorn a manila envelope with some documents to deliver to Jak Mac. The envelope contained an unofficial academic transcript for Jak Mac’s son, a one page document showing the son’s college enrollment verification and three pages of athletic grant paperwork from a Connecticut college’s athletic department. After Einhorn passed the documents to Jak Mac, the documents were placed in a book that Jak Mac had brought with him in the visiting room, along with other papers. When Jak Mac headed back to his cell his documents were searched and tested by the guards. Some of the documents that Einhorn gave to Jak Mac were stained and were treated with synthetic cannabinoids, 5F-ADB, ADB-4en-PINCA, and MDMB-4en-PINACA, known as K2 on the streets.

Its not clear whether Einhorn knew that he was handing Jak Mac paperwork treated with drugs. It doesn’t matter. Einhorn had signed a form before he entered the prison in which he agreed not to pass any “contraband” or drugs to inmates during his legal visit. A guard said he asked Einhorn if Einhorn was going to pass any paperwork to inmates when Einhorn was searched. Einhorn apparently said “no.” Einhorn may have forgot about the envelope. The guard may be a liar. Who knows, Einhorn is 75 years old and getting searched and prodded by a bunch of unattractive beefcakes in prison uniforms.

Einhorn got charged with making a false statement. Einhorn was never charged with distributing or selling drugs. The Feds offered Einhorn a deferred prosecution agreement in which he agreed to surrender his law license for a period of ten years. No further charges against Einhorn will be brought as long as Einhorn complies with the deferred prosecution agreement for the next 18 months. It doesn’t appear that any criminal charges were filed against Jak Mac or his son related to the papers stained with drugs.

I practiced law for 20 years and I don’t know how many times clients handed me a stack of stained paperwork smelling like cat urine. How would Einhorn ever know that the papers were stained in drugs? How would he know? How would anybody, other than law enforcement investigators, know of these things?

Why did the Feds wait two years to bring charges against Einhorn? Why was Einhorn even charged with a crime? The man has practiced law for over 50 years without ever being accused of breaking the law. Guys who break the law on a regular basis don’t get away with it for 50 years. Why would 75 year old Einhorn risk going to jail for a violent Jamaican drug dealer named Jak Mac? The Feds presented no evidence that Einhorn was paid off by Jak Mac.

Drugs get smuggled into the prisons every day by all sorts of methods, mostly by the low paid guards. Guards are always getting caught smuggling drugs in State and Federal prisons. They get paid a lot of money by the drug dealers and the other guards aren’t going to rat them out.

The Feds turned a case of a drug dealer using his elderly Jewish attorney into a drug smuggling operation. Inmates are very smart. They have all the time in the work to concoct schemes to smuggle drugs into prison.

Was Einhorn being used to send a message to attorneys that they shouldn’t even think of handing an inmate a book or magazine? Did the Feds bring the case under pressure from the prison Warden, who may hate Einhorn. Jewish attorneys are not the most popular in the prison industrial complex, mostly run by the goyim.

The prison Warden and the US Attorneys Office have to work together, they are all part of the mass incarceration industrial complex. This is not exactly a big case for the Department of Justice.

The only punishment Einhorn received was that he had to surrender his law license for the next ten years. No jail time. No probation. Einhorn will be 85 years old when he can reapply for his law license, if he is still alive.

Jon Einhorn previously represented the wife of pedophile Rabbi Daniel Greer when she was sued for trying to hide her husband’s bank accounts from the $20 million judgment obtained by his rape victim. Sarah Greer ended up suing Einhorn for malpractice, claiming he did not property defend her against the claim which resulted in a $450,000.00 judgment against her. That case scheduled for trial in October 2025. She didn’t have much, if any, kind of a defense to the fraudulent conveyance claim. What judge would award the wife who stayed married to her convicted pedophile Rabbi a single penny? What idiotic attorney would agree to handle such a stupid case? Kenneth Votre and Brennan Maki are the dream team lawyers who agreed to represent Mrs. Greer, most likely on a contingency fee basis. They don’t have a chance in Gehinnom.
