(August 22, 2016) On August 19 Louis Pearlman, the music man who created such pop stars as Justin Timberlake, the Backstreet Boys and INSYNC died while in the custody of the Federal government in Texas. The Feds won’t say how he died. The press has no idea how he died. Larry Noodles did some research and has some theories.
Pearlman ran a ponzi scheme, with $300 million dollars in phantom funds. Perlman paid back $100 million after he was busted by the Feds. He tried to flee from the Feds but someone recognized him in Bali, Indonesia, a place known for “child sex tourism.” He turned himself in and got sentenced to 25 years in Federal prison.
Pearlman was sued by many of the bands that he created from nothing. These guys were nobodies and in an instant you couldn’t turn on the radio without hearing one of their overplayed songs. Remember this song by the Backstreet Boys:
Tell me why
Ain’t nothin’ but a heartache
Tell me why
Ain’t nothin’ but a mistake
Tell me why
I never wanna hear you say
I want it that way
It is now coming out that there was a price that you paid to Pearlman if you were a young good looking man seeking fame and fortune. You had to submit to his sick perversions. He was a serial child molester(cho-mo). He preferred young boys.
But did Pearlman deserve the death penalty for being a liar, a thief and a chomo? He was incarcerated in either Texarkana prison in Texarkana, Texas, or Miami, Florida. Its hard to tell from the news reports and the Feds won’t give you a straight answer. It is clear he was locked up in Texas from 2009 to 2014. He died during the recent heat wave. According to inmate blogs Texarkana does not have air conditioning in the entire facility. Some parts have it, some don’t. Pearlman has been locked up since 2008. In 2010 he suffered a stroke. The man was 62 years old, unhealthy and overweight. He weighed in at about 250 pounds. Larry Noodles suspects Pearlman died from a heat stroke. The heat index in Texarkana on August 19 was 113 degrees. Inmates brought a class action lawsuit against the State of Texas to get air conditioning, which threatens the lives of old and sick inmates. Even prisoners in Guantanamo get air conditioning.
Pearlman had no money. He couldn’t pay other inmates to either get ice water or access to an air conditioned room. When he was busted in Bali the Feds seized all his property. In 2015 someone put $20K in his prison commissary account. The commissary account is used to buy items like food, clothing, medicine and other personal items approved by the prison officials. Plus you use it to make phone calls and pay for access to email. Everything you buy in prison is marked up and is more costly than on the outside. You can also use your commissary to buy items for other inmates who run the prison, ie., if you wanted access to an air conditioned room. Prison officials prefer that the inmates police themselves. Miserable prison conditions make inmates angry and hard to control. Why would any blueboy want to risk his life trying to keep the peace? Let the inmates do the dirty work.
If Pearlman had 20 years left to serve, $20K going into his commissary account works out to about $83.00 a month, which isn’t much money to spend. When the Feds found out that someone put $20K in Pearlman’s commissary account they filed a motion in court to seize the funds and use it towards his $200 million restitution order. Pearlman objected. The Federal judge sided with the government and cleaned out his commissary account. That seized $20K wouldn’t make it to the victims anyway, most of it would be eaten up in costs and attorneys fees incurred by the bankruptcy trustee trying to figure out how to allocate the funds, tracking down all the victims, and going to court to authorize payments.
Pearlman thus had no money to pay for access to air conditioning. Pearlman had no money to pay for physical protection, he was a child molester after all. He should have been locked up in Otisville, NY, the medium, where the Feds send all the child molesters. Larry Noodles was locked up at the camp. The unofficial Federal policy is that if all the chomos are in one place they won’t be singled out for attacks, they can form their own gangs. Pearlman had no access to whatever black market commodity was available in prison to keep inmates cool. A picture of the prison facility reveals that it is two stories high. The cells on the second floor are probably much hotter than the cells on the first floor. There are probably some rooms in the basement set aside for inmates with special privileges. Pearlman probably couldn’t afford a room on the ground floor or in the basement. And that’s why Pearlman is dead.
