Mordechai Samet Released From Otisville

Mordechai Samet Released From Otisville

Mordechai Samet is an Israeli Satmar who got sentenced to 27 years for a $4 million fraud. Samet’s family resides in Kiryas Yoel. Samet was locked up in the Otisville medium for the last several years. Samet was locked up for a total of 18 years. Since Samet was not a US citizen he was under a detainer from the ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). His detainer made him ineligible for early compassionate release under the First Step Act.

Politically connected Rabbi Moshe Margaretten raised money and lobbied to get the First Step Act passed by the Donald. Margaretten recently lobbied the Donald and other politicians to get the ICE detainer lifted for Samet. Margaretten felt that Samet had been on ice for too long in Otisville. Samet’s detainer was lifted early this year.

On January 27, 2020, just before COVID19 AKA “The King Kong China Virus” invaded Gotham, Samet filed a motion for compassionate release under the First Step Act. Federal Judge Coleen McMahon denied Samet’s motion on April 9th, 2020, at the height of the Kung Fu virus, and issued the following order: “the motion is denied for failure to fully exhaust all administrative rights. Samet undoubtedly exhausted his administrative remedies, but it appears that the Warden denied Samet’s petition long before the COVID-19 pandemic began, which means that there was no live administrative petition at any point during the pandemic and so no opportunity for the Bureau of Prisons to consider the impact of COVID on Samet’s situation.”

Judge McMahon gave Samet the right to refile his compassionate release with the Otisville Warden. By some miracle the Warden granted Samet’s request to leave Otisville five years early. Samet was released from the medium this morning. A Rosh Hashana miracle! Rabbi Margaretten probably put political pressure put on the Otisville Warden to get Samet out, or he made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Don’t mess with the Satmars. The Satmars make La Cosa Nostra look like choir boys.

Every inmate who gets released from Otisville is driven to the bottom of Two Mile Road, the Federal road that leads up to Otisville prison facility. At the bottom of Two Mile Road there is a gas station / convenience store. Every inmate stops in there to use a private bathroom, change out of prison clothing, purchase a cold drink and chill out. I will never forget the day I entered that market. I never realized how institutionalized I had become until I walked into that market as a free man. The picture above is of Samet at the Otisville gas station. There is a YouTube video of Sholom Rubashkin dancing at the Otisville gas station, with other men, no mixed dancing, after Rubashkin was released by the Donald from Otisville. See link.

Samet sued the Bureau of Prisons back in 2008 because he claimed he should be allowed a proper place of worship. In 2008 the Otisville medium required inmates to pray in their jail cells. Each jail cell contains an open toilet and a steel bed with a thin mattress. Samet claimed in his lawsuit that he cannot pray in his little cell with an open toilet. The Bureau of Prisons agreed to designate a separate room for prayer services. Samet’s lawsuit paved the way for additional religious freedoms., which were recently taken away from Jewish inmates when the Kung Fu virus hit. Otisville is now rated at the bottom of USA Today’s rankings of Club Fed prisons for white collar Jewish criminals.

Otisville Inmate Shalom Weiss is now the biggest name religious Jew who is currently locked up in the medium. Weiss is a Satmar from Brooklyn who got 835 years for a $125 million fraud. Weiss had fled the country after his conviction at trial and went on the lam, partying all over Europe. He was picked up a year later in Austria. He was probably ratted out by one of the strippers or prostitutes that he was known to patronize. Austria agreed to extradite Weiss to the United States on the condition that the US grant him a new sentencing hearing and that his sentence would be similar to his co-defendants. Weiss’ co-defendants all cooperated with the Feds and got less than 13 years. At the appeal the Judge knocked 10 years off his 845 year sentence. The government of Austria tried to get Trump to commute his sentence because the US reneged on their agreement to grant Weiss a full re-sentencing hearing. The Donald hasn’t done much for Weiss. Weiss needs to hire Larry Noodles to lobby the Donald.

Weiss paid his $125 million restitution order in full. The Feds didn’t care about the money. Its not about the money. Its about respect! Don’t make the same mistake as Weiss. Don’t piss off the Federal government. Don’t get caught in the middle of a lap dance on the lam or you will be in a major jam.

you don’t TALK ABOUT JEW CLUB FED! Who didnt get the phuckin kosher memo!

  1. It appears that these agreements have no legal standing. Countries should stop extraditing criminals to the US until Congress passes a law that requires the authorities to honor agreements they sign to ensure extradition.

  2. Every oath I make for the next year is null and void …….

Temple/Rebbi sanctioned license to lie…how fukin convenient for ya.

you really cant make this shit up.

    1. From Wikipedia:
Rabbis have always pointed out that the dispensation from vows in Kol Nidrei refers only to those an individual voluntarily assumes for himself alone and in which no other persons or their interests are involved. The first verse ends with a qualifier for all the forms of pledges and vows being annulled—עַל נַפְשָׁתָֽנָא—”regarding ourselves”—by which this formula is limited to annulling only those vows that would affect only ourselves but not vows that would affect any other person.[72] The formula is restricted to those vows between man and God alone; they have no effect on vows made between one man and another. No vow, promise, or oath that concerns another person, a court of justice, or a community is implied in Kol Nidrei. It does not matter if a vow was made to one or more non-Jews, such a vow cannot be annulled.[73] According to Jewish doctrine, the sole purpose of this prayer is to give protection from divine punishment in case of violation of the vow.[74]

With reference to the annulment of vows described in Numbers 30, as well as to Kol Nidre, the then Chief Rabbi of the British Empire, Joseph Hertz wrote:[75]

… Not all vows or oaths could be absolved. A vow or oath that was made to another person, even be that person a child or a heathen, could not be annulled except in the presence of that person and with his consent; while an oath which a man had taken in a court of justice could not be absolved by any other authority in the world.

As pointed out above, many rabbis state that the vows referred to are applicable only to the individual, and not interpersonally. Moreover, the Biblical verse quoted at the end clearly refers to vows that were unintentionally unkept, not premeditatedly broken. It refers only to vows between the person making them and God, such as “I swear that if I pass this test, I’ll pray every day for the next 6 months!” or simply “I swear that I will stop smoking this year!”

{73} Bloch, Joseph S. (1850–1923), Israel and the Nations(published in German 1922, English transl. 1927, Vienna) p. 282. “It makes no difference whatever whether the oath was sworn to a Jew or to an inferior idolater. The rabbis point out the sad end of King Zedekiah of Judea as a just punishment of God for his having broken the oath that he had sworn to the pagan king of Babylonia, Nebuchadnezzar….”(referring to Zedekiah’s presumed oath of fealty when Nebuchadnezzar had installed him on the throne, violated when Zedekiah mounted an insurrection, Second Kings 24:17–25:7). By the same token, the peace treaty made with the Gibeonites was adhered to notwithstanding that the Gibeonites had obtained it by fraud (Joshua, chap. 9).

      1. I should have known that but unfortunately …

“A heathen who studies the Torah deserves death … it is our inheritance, not theirs … he is as guilty as one who violates a betrothed maiden.” (See Exhibit 60) This is sound Talmudic thinking, since knowledge of the anti-human criminality of the Talmud Torah must inevitably put non-Jews on their guard. The footnote explains (Exhibit 60):

“This seems a very strong expression … it is suggested that Rabbi Johanan feared the knowledge of Gentiles in matters of Jurisprudence, as they would use it against the Jews in their opponents’ courts … the Talmud places R. [page 21] Johanan’s dictum … immediately after the passage dealing with the setting up of law courts by Gentiles.”

It is further explained that study of the Oral Law (Talmud) is what is feared and that the same R. Johanan said “God’s covenant with Israel was only for the sake of the Oral Law [ie. Talmud].”
