Rabbi Daniel Greer had a court appearance scheduled in his criminal case this morning in Courtroom 6A of the Connecticut Superior Court, 235 Church Street, New Haven. The State of Connecticut is prosecuting Mr. Greer for raping a young male minor student at his school. Daniel Greer was one of many defendants who were scheduled for Court this morning. All the Defendants appeared before Judge Clifford and either had their cases resolved or had their cases rescheduled. Rabbi Daniel Greer was excused from appearing before Judge Patrick J. Clifford. Nobody else was excused from appearing before Judge Clifford. Where was Mr. Greer when his case was called?
By sheer coincidence I happened to be in the Courthouse this morning. I was on the second floor in the clerk’s office. I noticed an old man with a white beard, a dark suit and a large yarmukle hiding in the corner of the hallway talking on his cell phone. It was none other than the evil Goat himself. I observed the Goat pace the second floor hallway. The only offices located on the second floor are the Clerk’s Office and the Office of the State’s Attorney. I watched the Goat trot himself to the State’s Attorneys Office. I couldn’t see around the corner but I assume he either went into the office or met his attorney at the entrance to the State’s Attorney’s Office. I then saw him trot off. He went down the stairs and out the building where his secretary Mrs. Ledbury picked him up in her red car in front of the Courthouse. The Goat was gone while all the other defendants in the Courtroom 6A waited for hours for their cases to get called. Goat privilege.
Why was Rabbi Greer excused from appearing in the criminal court while all the other lowlifes of society were forced to stand in front of Judge Clifford and face the Court, face the public, face their victims, and face their accusers. While all the other defendants were appearing before Judge Clifford, Rabbi Daniel Greer was scurrying around on the second floor outside the State’s Attorney’s Office.
How does one acquire so much goat privilege that he does not have to appear in a case in which he is accused of repeatedly raping minor citizens of the State of Connecticut? Is it because Rabbi Daniel Greer’s son Eli Greer is the co-chairman of the City of New Haven’s Community Relations and Police Task Force? During the Federal civil trial the jury heard evidence that while Rabbi Greer was raping victim Eli Mirlis, his son Eli was outside the room banging on the locked door in an attempt to stop his depraved father. Evidence was also presented during the civil trial that Eli Greer was himself molested by his depraved father Daniel Greer.
Is it because Rabbi Daniel Greer is a member of the clergy that he gets special treatment? Do Catholic pedophile priests also get excused from appearing in criminal court?
If you are sickened by Rabbi Greer and want to see him appear in criminal court, and ultimately locked up in jail, don’t be discouraged. You still live in a democracy. You have the right to complain to elected and appointed officials. You can complain to Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane, whose email address is the following: firstname.lastname@example.org You can also complain to New Haven State’s Attorney Patrick Griffin, whose phone number is 2035036823, and whose fax is 2037896400. You can also complain to the Office of the Chief Court Administrator, whose number is 8607572100, and fax is 8607572130.
Here is a sample letter that you can cut and paste:
Dear Sir / Ma’am: It has come to my attention that Rabbi Daniel Greer, who is charged with child rape in the case of State of Connecticut v. Daniel Greer, CR17-0177934, which has been pending for almost two years, has been excused from appearing at the New Haven Superior Court on his scheduled court dates, while all the other defendants, most of whom are either African American or Spanish, many with less serious charges, are required to personally appear before Hon. Clifford. I have been told that Rabbi Greer has been observed reporting to the State’s Attorneys Office located on the Second Floor and then quickly leaving the building on his scheduled court dates. Why has Rabbi Greer been excused from appearing in the criminal court on his court dates while all the other defendants are forced to stand before Hon. Clifford and face the Court, face the public, face their victims, and face their accusers? I personally know a few people who were abused at Rabbi Greer’s school many years ago as children, such as ____________, who battled drug addiction and alcoholism and are still in therapy. I find it unfair that Rabbi Greer is granted special privileges that other defendants are not. Sincerely Yours, (fill in your name and address)
