Menachem “Max” Lieberman, of Boro Park, just got sentenced to 54 months in Otisville Federal prison for his role as a leader in a Federal criminal school voucher and grant conspiracy involving Martin Handler, Harold Schwartz, Isidore Handler, Ben Werczberger, and Arie Rangott.
