Moshe Butler, a guy who did two stints in Otisville Federal Prison, with his bunkie Ken Starr, con artist financial analyst / lawyer to the rich and famous in Hollywood, is back in trouble. Ever since Moshe got out of Otisville a few years ago he has been wheeling and dealing, but mostly stayed out of trouble with the Department of Justice. Recently Moshe borrowed money from a Merchants Cash Advance operation, an MCA as they say in the biz. Moshe defaulted on the loan and owes over $100K.

Moshe was operating the following businesses that borrowed the money: AGC Investments, Resurgence California, Great Eastern Behavioral Partners, and New Life Recovery. Beware of these companies. These companies are being operated by career con man Moshe Butler.

Premium Merchant Funding, the merchant cash advance company who sued Moshe, is known in the business as a bottom feeder.

But Moshe is not responsible for his actions, he is a gambling addict. He violated his probation numerous times when he was caught at the casinos. Gambling addicts destroy their own lives and end up borrowing from their own families to feed their addiction. Moshe somehow convinced his wife to sign the loan agreement with Premium Merchant Funding, LLC. Moshe’s wife is also liable for over $100K to this MCA biz.

Ironically one of Moshe’s other bunkies at Otisville was Jon Braun. Jon Braun got busted by the Feds for running one of the largest marijuana smuggling operations in the country, out of his parents house in Staten Island. Jon was released to his parents on home confinement while he awaited sentencing. Jon got sentenced to ten years in Otisville, where he met Butler. Jon then got his sentence commuted by President Trump. Jon started up numerous MCA businesses, that recently got shut down by the Attorney General of the State of New York. Jon went psycho and was recently locked up again for violating probation. This would be Jon’s second tour of Otisville Federal Prison. Will Moshe join him? Time will tell.
