Kew Gardens high end wholesale jeweler Israeli national Shlomo Patchiav, also known as “Slava Fatkhiev,” last week was found guilty of conspiring to extort Shehroz Tokhirov, an Uzbekistani immigrant from Brighton Beach, Brooklyn related to a $500K luxury watch deal.
