Little known Attorney and lobbyist Josh Nass, an American non observant Jew with Russian roots, pro Israel graduate of Ramaz, Brandeis, and Brooklyn Law School, was just indicted for hiring a Russian thug to shake down nursing home operator Joseph Schwartz who was incarcerated in Otisville Federal Prison camp for tax evasion. Schwartz is still facing investigations, criminal charges, Medicare fraud investigations, employee lawsuits, and massive class action lawsuits in other states related to the operation of his sleezy nursing home business, but for now he is out of Federal prison after doing three months in Otisville after getting a pardon from President Trump, through the help of this short, nerdy, pudgy and nebach Brooklyn Law grad Josh Nass. Schwartz paid right wing influencers such as people connected with Laura Loomer, along with attorneys connected to Trump’s inner circle, millions of dollars to help him get out of Otisville, but only Nass delivered.

Nebach Nass hired a Russian thug previously convicted of racketeering, for which he was sentenced to 46 months in prison, and subsequently possessed a firearm as a convicted felon. The Russian thug is cooperating with the Feds in order to get a reduced sentence on his pending criminal charges of gun possession as a felon, a mandatory five year bid. The Feds haven’t released his name. The Feds wired up the thug, who recorded Nass stating that he was “told that John Doe 1 (Schwartz) owed Nass $500,000… that John Doe 1 had told Nass that he did not have the money; and that John Doe 2 had asked Nass for a ‘payment plan,’ which Nass viewed as an ‘insult.’ Nass further stated, among other things, .”make him [John Doe 1] pay for every penny he owes me,” but that Nass was “not going to no court” because that was “not how Nass worked.” Not how Nass worked! Who does this little guy think he is, a member of the Gambino crime family? Murder Incorporated? This man has been watching too many episodes of the Sopranos.

A short nebachy graduate of Ramaz and Brandeis is hiring a Russian bone crusher, probably also a Russian Jew, to shake down a sleezy nursing home operator, who probably has his own bone crushers on his payroll, which never got paid, which is why his employees are suing him? What is the world coming to? This is complete breakdown in civilized society and an embarrassment to the hard working honest Jews in this country, who have made so many contributions to the world, such as Larry Noodles, who single handedly brought down the Goat!

Whats going to happen to tough guy Nass when he is locked up in Otisville? He won’t get to sit in the Otisville camp because his crime is one of violence. Only guys who steal using their pen as a weapon are allowed in the Otisville camp. Nebach Nass will be sitting with the hard core violent thugs, gang bangers and hood rats in the Otisville medium locked up like an animal, and get shaken down every day for money. Money can make your time in Otisville a lot easier.

Nebach Nass is out on a $5M bond, secured by real estate put up by friends and relatives, which the Feds redacted from the court files. Bankman Fried also had the names of his benefactors redacted from the court records, although some news sites sued to get access on First Amendment grounds.

After the guys in Otisville learned that Nass got Schwartz released from prison they all lined up to hire Nass, without much success. According to the New York Times reporter Kenneth Vogel, Nass refused their business: “Shortly after leaving Otisville, Mr. Schwartz and one of his sons took Mr. Nass to Le Marais, a kosher French steakhouse in Manhattan’s Times Square to thank him, according to a person familiar with the episode. A photograph from the dinner shows Mr. Nass and the elder Mr. Schwartz embracing while holding a manila envelope that purportedly contained a copy of the signed pardon. The trio discussed a handful of the inmates with whom Mr. Schwartz had served time and who, since his pardon, had reached out indirectly to Mr. Nass seeking assistance. Several had discussed offering to pay $500,000 each, with additional $1 million success fees if they secured pardons, according to the two people familiar with the conversations at Otisville.”

Kenneth Vogel from the New York Times recently reached out to me seeking some information about Otisville graduates who got out early, here is a partial list: Sholom Rubashkin, Herman Jacobowitz, Eliyahu Weinstein, Jonathan Braun, Sholam Weiss, Joseph Schwartz, Jacob Deutsch, Helly Nahmad. Helly told me that he offered big time criminal defense lawyer Ben Brafman a million dollar bonus if he kept him out of jail. Brafman didn’t get the bonus but Helly only ended up doing six months for his role in a big time illegal gambling operation run out of Trump Plaza.

There were a few token goys in Otisville who got pardons, such as Joseph Gentile (a goy with a really goyisha name). Billionaire Walter Forbes, couldn’t get out with all his money and connections. The “Persian Prince” Hassan Nemazee was another big name from Otisville. Nemazee had big time connections with the Democratic Party, but nobody would go near him with a six foot pole to spring him from Otisville even though he was locked up during the Obama administration. Namazee’s website describes himself as a onetime successful businessman from an illustrious family in Iran before the Shah was overthrown. Even though Nemazee graduated from Harvard he had no class, he was a no better than a common crook, he stole hundreds of millions of dollars from Citibank based on false documents showing he had collateral to back up the loans. Its not clear if Nemazee is Jewish.

I was locked up for 18 months in Otisville with Nemazee, Nahmad, Jacobowitz, Forbes and Rubashkin. I was locked up for a minor role in a mortgage fraud conspiracy, the profit from my crime amounted to my attorneys fees on about a half a dozen closings. I was a nobody in Otisville. The only guys who would talk to me was the guy who got busted illegal fishing in Federal waters and the owner of Mystic Pizza, who got a short sentence for tax evasion. I never realized how much cash income you could make from a little pizza joint. He made way more money than any small time New Haven lawyers that I knew. Even though I was a nobody I got some satisfaction watching billionaire Walter Forbes mop the common area where I traversed every morning. Who out there can say they had a billionaire mop the floor in which they walked?

I was in Otisville just before Trump got elected, ie., Trump I. At the time everyone in Otisville was rooting for Trump. Trump was one of “us.” This is what I told the reporter from the Times, and he wrote in his article: “Many of its inmates cheered Mr. Trump’s election, seeing him as a kindred spirit who shares their grievances about the unfairness of financial crime prosecutions like the one that led to his own conviction, according to four people familiar with conversations at Otisville.” Trump was a kindred Jewish spirit with many connections to the New York Jewish world of money and power, a world I will never see, I’m just a humble blogger, I will be rewarded in Olam Ha-bah, ie., the world to come. Jewish billionaire Otisville inmate Helly Nahmad owned an entire floor in the Trump plaza which he told me cost about $100 million. He purchased the suites over time and blew out the walls to make it into one big apartment. Trumps daughter converted and married Jared Kushner, whose father went to Federal prison and tried to set up his brother in law in a honey pot. The only guy who didn’t want Trump was a Jewish Democrat doctor from New Jersey locked up for overbilling Medicaid who got offended when someone put a picture of Obama in his tefillin bag with Obama dressed as a Hasidic Jew wearing a shtreimel.

The Otisville guys were all trying to use their money and connections to get out. Hassan Nemazee was totally connected with the Democrats and didn’t get anywhere. I used to watch him smash the prison phone after yelling at someone on the other line about all the people who owed him favors. Everyone felt that the system was corrupt and there were always ways to get things done behind the scenes. Herman Jacobowitz was from a big powerful Satmar family out of Williamsburg and upstate NY, the Satmars are known for their real estate empire, I’m sure Jared Kushner has many connections with the Satmar community.

Jacobowitz was in the Otisville camp with me, while Sholom Rubashkin was in the Otisville medium next door because he had a long sentence. The camp is for sentences under ten years. Both had big connections with the politicians at the time, and with the Aleph Institute. They even had the Chief Rabbi Lazar of Russia come for a visit to Otisville just before Trump got elected. Lazar went to see Rubashkin in the medium and then Jacobovitz in the camp. Jacobovitz was able to meet with Lazar privately inside the main chapel room instead of the visiting room with all the restrictions, and then the Lazar met with all of us, nice guy. The kosher food gravy train, and respect for the Orthodox Jews, came to a complete stop once Jacobowitz and Rubashkin, got released about the same time in 2016, so I figured it was their connections or payoffs to the guards, that allowed all the food in and the guards not treating the Jews like garbage, which is what happened once those two left.
