I recently wrote a blog about a newly appointed Judge, with judgment liens and a foreclosure, yet had very good political connections with the State Republican Party. I don’t think it really matters whether you are a Republican or a Democrat in CT, as she was appointed by a Democrat Governor, ie., Ned Lamont. The politicians in Hartford wheel and deal, and work to their own self interest, regardless of their party affiliation.

I was provided with information from a reliable source that the Judge recently threatened to sue her own daughter for visitation with her daughter’s five year old child. The Judge and her ex-husband Carmine went through years of a bitter divorce and custody battle over their child. Carmine never actually fought for custody. Their child started to act out in school and at home as she approached her teenage years, which the Judge couldn’t handle. The Police, DCF and the family court got involved. The child wanted to live with her father. The Judge did not want the child to live with Carmine and fought Carmine for custody, alleging all sorts of horrible things about poor ol Carmine. The authorities determined that it was in the best interest of the child to live with Carmine. The child has been estranged from her mother the Judge ever since.

The child grew up, fell in love, and got pregnant at around 20 years old. At the time the Judge didn’t want her daughter to have the child. The child is now five years old. The Judge now wants to have visitation with her grand daughter. I was provided with a letter signed by a divorce attorney named Randolf Richardson II. Randy demanded that the Judge see her grand daughter under threat of court action. A Superior Court Judge threatened to file a lawsuit against her own daughter! Would the Judge be allowed to testify and rule in her own case like in Woody Allen in Bananas? That would outrageous, egregious, and preposterous! Most people file lawsuits to get a divorce from their family. Not many people ask the Court to force hostile relatives to spend Thanksgiving together.

The Judge remarried a guy named Christopher Gumkowski, and they bought a house together in Killingworth in 2019, with a mortgage. The Judge quit claimed the house to Chris and then Chris quit claimed it back to the Judge, for some mysterious reason, which may have violated the terms of their mortgage. The oddest part of this story is why does Christopher Gumkowski and the Judge’s lawyer Randolf Richardson look exactly the same, other than the fact that Randolf is bald and Chris obviously uses Rogaine?

I was subjected to a high tech lynching before the Connecticut Bar Panel by Super Lawyer Cindy Robinson because she scoured my blog and found I had once used the highly offensive word “bimbo” and yet Judge Angelica gets to trash her male ex-husband with such words as “ghetto” “white trash” “junkie” and “a sick pathetic asshole.” Was I the victim of the double standard? Reverse sexism?

Why doesn’t the self righteous scold Cindy Robinson call Judge Papastavros to the witness stand and hammer her for using such offensive language? Does the First Amendment only protect female Judges and provides no protection to male lawyers? Cindy doesn’t know much about the First Amendment, she never had a case in her life involving the First Amendment, all she knows how to do is process personal injury claims.
