Goat is Back in New Haven

Goat is Back in New Haven

New Haven sex trafficking Rabbi Daniel Greer is out of Connecticut State prison after doing about 5 years for child sexual molestation. The “Goat” is back at his stately abode, with his wife Sarah Greer, across from Edgewood Park, the same park where he attempted to molest teenage boys. The Goat has been spotted in New Haven in his car with is wife not far behind, with his head buried in a Talmud, decked out in his rabbinical clothing, black felt yarmulke, white shirt, black pants, tzitzis. The Goat is keeping a very low profile, not attempting to be seen in public, which has never been his style. I believe the only reason he is keeping a low profile is so that his grandchildren do not have problems getting married. Having a skeleton of a goat in your closet, even an 86 year old zaidy, can blow blow a deal, especially where the Goat gave his grandkids catchy nicknames such as “Beedo,” “Knock-Knock” “Moey” and “Mo-mo.”

The Yeshiva of New Haven, Inc., still owns the yeshiva building located at 765 Elm Street, with Daniel Greer, Sarah Greer, and Rabbi J. David Bleich listed on the Board of Directors. There is nothing going on at the building. The building is run down with fallen trees, dumpsters and junk piles. Its not clear if The Yeshiva of New Haven has any plans for the building. The Goat’s victim, who won a $15 million verdict, had reached an agreement with the Goat to get paid from the proceeds of the sale of the 40 other multi family buildings controlled by the Goat’s non profits. The victim was paid in full and the Goat got to keep his yeshiva building.

The Goat’s sex trafficking operation was not unlike that of Jeffrey Epstein, except on a smaller scale, with some elements of Michael Jackson. The Goat even used Alan Dershowitz as his attorney at one point. I gave him the nickname “the Goat” because he kept goats and other barnyard animals in his garage, which he converted into a miniature zoo with bales of hay and a splash pad for his ducks, chickens and goats. He liked to impress children with his “backyard barn” just as Michael Jackson impressed his victims with his Neverland Ranch.

The Goat’s New Haven political connections were no less impressive than Jeffrey Epstein’s national political connections. The Goat at one time served on the New Haven Police Commission, along with his son Ezi, who also served on City commissions. The Goat was so politically powerful that he convinced the City of New Haven to rent out his office building, pictured above, on the corner of Whalley Avenue and Norton Parkway to the City of New Haven Police Department as a police substation. The substation was located across the street from the Goat’s yeshiva, where the Goat, along with his right hand man Avi Hack, recruited troubled boys to the yeshiva. Avi Hack was groomed by the Goat at birth to be the Goat’s victim, and ended up being the Goat’s biggest fan, recruiting other boys to the yeshiva after he was appointed headmaster of the Yeshiva, after the former headmaster Mordechai Biser fled New Haven, never to return. Mr. Biser passed away last year. The Goat’s son Dov Greer was named the official “Rabbi” of the Goat’s synagogue, but in reality served as the Goat’s whipping boy by protecting the Goat from any potential adversaries.

Every year the Goat hosted a “Gan Gathering” in which every local and State politician showed up, such as Richard Blumenthal, to pay tribute to the Goat and his non profit organizations that got millions in State and City money to fix up three family buildings in the Edgewood section of New Haven. The Goat was a political powerhouse in New Haven and was infuriated when the politicians whom he funded over the years refused to support him when he got sued in Federal court for child molestation and eventually arrested, tried and convicted in the New Haven criminal court. The Goat got a 12 year sentence, but got out after 6 years due to the blunders of the New Haven State’s Attorney’s Office. The State’s Attorney almost had the entire criminal case dismissed due to the State’s Attorney’s failure to research the statute of limitations on child molestation cases. She was lucky Judge Alander kept the risk of injury charges alive or Rabbi Goat would have not done a day in jail for his many sins.

I was recruited by the New Haven State’s Attorney’s Office to help them with the prosecution of the Goat. They were way over their heads. The Goat was represented by one of the top criminal defense lawyers in CT, ie., Willie Dow. The State didn’t have a single witness other than the victim. I contacted numerous witnesses whom I convinced to testify against the Goat. Without my assistance the Goat would have never been convicted.

The Goat filed numerous appeals, habeas corpus petitions and other challenges to his conviction over the last five years, one of which was that the State improperly utilized the services of “Larry Noodles” to help them win their conviction, without disclosing the extent of Noodles’ involvement, or shenanigans that went on between Noodles and State’s Attorney Maxine, violating the Constitutional rights of Mr. Greer. In the legal world it is known as the “Noodles Conspiracy.” The hearing on the Noodles Conspiracy defense was scheduled for late last year. Prior to the hearing the attorney for the Goat and the State’s Attorney each reached out to me separately to discuss what I was expected to say at the hearing. The State’s attorney Maxine who handled the original Greer prosecution had long since retired. After the new State’s attorney handing the Noodles Conspiracy challenge spoke with me he didn’t think that the hearing would go well for the State so he decided to let the Goat go free, about five years shy of his discharge date. I had nothing to hide. I spoke the truth. Noodles is the most honest ex-con you will ever meet!

After the Goat was convicted the Goat’s attorney challenged my involvement in the Goat’s prosecution. Below is a copy of the transcripts of the hearings after the Goat was convicted. I also have hundreds of pages of exhibits of text messages between myself and the State’s Attorney, which I will post soon, stay tuned.
