CT Family Court Judges Testify in 1st A Case

Paul Boyne is being tried in one of the biggest cyber stalking cases, with Boyne raising the First Amendment defense, ever to hit the State of Connecticut. The complainants are all Judges, who testified for the last two days that Mr. Boyne’s blog, which is still up and running, has caused them to fear for their lives since the year 2018 when Mr. Boyne started his blog. They asked marshals to escort them to their cars. They took different routes home. They stated that they were afraid of getting shot.

Judge Thomas Moukawsher and his wife Betsy testified all day yesterday that they felt threatened by Mr. Boyne. They said they didn’t know Mr. Boyne personally but knew of him through his blog. Mr. Boyne never personally made personal contact with any Judge. Nobody was ever “incited” to attack, threaten or harass a Judge or their families, unlike the many people who stalked and harassed Sandy Hook families inspired by Alex Jones conspiracy theories. Alex Jones was never arrested. Alex Jones was sued. The Judges claimed that they were tormented indirectly through the blog.

The Judges also testified that for many years they discussed the blog, testified before the CT State legislature about the blog, spoke at Bar meetings about the blog, wrote letters about the blog, and spoke about the blog to court personnel. They never went to the police to file a criminal complaint about the blog. The criminal complaint came much later, after many years of discussing Paul Boyne. Former CT Supreme Court Justice Joette Katz wrote a letter about the blog in 2022, just before Boyne got arrested. Joette Katz’s name is mentioned in the investigation reports of Mr. Boyne, but she never filed a formal complaint. There is some kind of notation that she was involved in the investigation at some level. Katz works for a big politically connected Hartford law firm Shipman and Goodwin.

The Judges spoke about how they felt Attorney Nickola Cunha was influenced by the blog. Cunha was disbarred from the practice of law for arguing in a family case that Judge Adelman and Judge Grossman, who testified in the Boyne case, protected Jews and pedophiles and punished non-Jews and the disabled. Cunha also made a claim that Hollywood screenwriter Chris Ambrose sexually molested his children, which was covered up by the Jewish conspiracy of CT Judges such as Adelman. Apparently the Judges felt that Cunha was somehow influenced by Paul Boyne’s blog. The Judges were asked by Boyne’s attorney what kind of special powers Boyne had to hypnotize people like Cunha. The Judges also testified that the Legislature’s failure to reappoint Family Court Judge Jane Emons was somehow related to Paul Boyne’s blog. Paul Boynes blog apparently was mentioned by Judges in two family court case cases, ie., Abrose, and Tiberi. Its not clear why a Judge would mention Paul Boyne in a family court case having nothing to do with Boyne.

Paul Boyne is expected to testify tomorrow, March 5, 2025, Courtroom 5A, 235 Church Street, New Haven, in his own defense. Paul is looking forward to testifying and defending himself, and in his view the First Amendment. Paul is very articulate and knows First Amendment law better than most general practice attorneys.
