Rabbi Daniel Greer AKA “The Goat” got out of jail early, thanks to the New Haven State’s Attorney’s Office who didn’t wish to be embarrassed by the Goat’s latest challenge to his conviction which he argued was improper because of my involvement in the case. The State didn’t want to see me taking the witness stand and discussing about how I thought State’s Attorney Maxine Wilensky was a basket case and would have never won a conviction without my help, about how the Goat’s political buddies from the City of New Haven and the New Haven Police Department, including the Chief of Police, and Senator Blumenthal used to appear every year to kiss the Goat’s tuchos at the Goat’s fundraising dinners, about how me and Paul Bass saw the Goat work part time eating poison ivy at the New Haven mansions in St Ronan Street, and about how the State’s Attorney’s Office ran me out of the law business by not supporting my application for reinstatement to the Bar with Max Wilensky telling my lawyer that the State “wouldn’t let her” support me, and how her buddy from the State’s Attorneys Office Kathleen Elizabeth Morgan voted against my petition for reinstatement, while my co-defendants all got readmitted, in like Flynn, no problem. But I digress, I can devote a separate blog to these mentally challenged misfits from the CT bar.

The Goat is now spending his summer in his condo that he purchased many years ago with his wife Sarah in Newport RI. The condo is not part of a big complex. The condo looks like a nice two story house. The condo is located about a mile from the historical Touro Shul, the oldest synagogue in America, within trotting distance for the Goat. When the Goat got sued and then arrested by the New Haven Police Department the Touro Synagogue got some kind of restraining order that prevented the Goat from appearing in the shul. The Goat didn’t try to fight it, he just prayed in his condo with his wife Sarah Greer.

I was told that the Goat was an ornery goat when he spent the summers at the Touro Shul before he got arrested for child rape. The goat tried to take over, which is typical of the Goat, this was his behavior in New Haven. The members of Touro tried to get me to go the shul to scare the Goat off. I never made it to Rhode Island. I managed to chase the Goat’s unindicted co-conspirator child sex traffickers out of New Haven, such as Avi Hack, Harold Hack, Dov Greer, Ezi Greer and their poor abused wives, or at least I assume they were abused in some manner, why would they hang around with these men when they knew that the Goat was raping teenage boys at the Goat school, the same school where they sent their own children. Idiots!

I have recently been told by my spies that the Goat currently is spending his summer in Rhode Island and has attempted to attend the Touro Synagogue just like the old days. The Goat had his lawyer contact the synagogue and ask them if it would be ok if the Goat appeared for services. The members told the Goat’s lawyer that the Goat was not welcome at the shul. The Goat will have to pray for forgiveness without a minyan, or move to a town where nobody knows him, or nobody cares, such as Boro Park. The Goat hasn’t attempted to attend any synagogue in New Haven. The Goat knows he is not welcome in New Haven shuls. When the Goat first got sued many Jews in New Haven supported the Goat and tried to kick me out for blogging about the Goat’s crimes. A guy by the name of Arthur Salty-Ballz-Nicks tried to get me kicked out of a local synagogue. The Jewish old ladies learning group, led by the Goat’s wife, discussed if there was any way I could be “executed.” A young deranged Goat supporter called me one night and challenged me to a fight behind the Walgreens on the corner of Whalley and Norton that the Goat forced to have refurbished to look like a nice fancy Walgreens, not a ghetto Walgreens. This Whalley Ave Walgreens recently closed. This was the same Walgreens where the Goat had his secretary pick up the lubricant KY jelly that he used with his teenage victims, at least according to the testimony at the criminal trial, from what I can recall. A State marshal who served the Goat’s eviction papers threatened to kill me when I ran into him at a Purim event. The former chairperson of the Innocence Project, public defender and Goat defender Darcy McGraw, threatened to report me to Federal adult probation for blogging about the Goat. I don’t believe blogging is a violation of probation, but who knows, she said she was good friends with my sentencing Judge Hall.

The Goat’s victim recently filed a release of his $21 million judgment lien on the Goat’s condo in Newport, RI. The victim was paid in full after the Goat sold numerous properties owned by the Goat’s fraudulent non profit entities in New Haven. The victim Eli Mirlis had to sue the Goat’s non profits in order to get the Goat to pay up. Eli had to allege fraud on the part of the non-profits in order to “pierce the corporate veil.” It was a difficult case that dragged out in Federal court. Eventually the Goat agreed to pay Eli Mirlis with money from the sale of the non profit buildings in exchange for Eli recommending the Goat’s early release from prison. Eli signed a letter recommending that the Goat be set free, but the Judge wouldn’t approve it. The Judge wouldn’t let him out until a few months ago when the Judge approved the State’s Attorney’s request to release the Goat and avoid having to watch me testify in the Goat’s trial challenging his conviction. The State of Connecticut won’t allow me to appear in a courthouse under any circumstances, with my Bar license or without it.
